When the opportunity arises, you seize it. Yes, that is the most natural thing to do. Everyone would do it. What business do we have to be embarrassed of seizing opportunities? What business do we have apologising for our enthusiasm?

This is the dreaded Asian culture we are bounded by and I hate it. I hate it because they mistake your confidence for arrogance, I hate it because they talk shit about you when you do something better, I hate it because they cannot ACCEPT it when you do something better.

Here's the deal. I will not apologize for my accomplishments. I have worked very hard for a lot of things and god-willingly, when I succeed, I am happy. If you don't share my happiness, too bad..go cry somewhere else. I will be as confident as I like and if you got a problem with that, I suggest you go cry to another insecure person.
