Everyone strives to achieve equilibrium for spiritual, mental and physical health. Given today's traffic jams, hectic work schedule, complicated personal life commitments and active social life, many would need to just take time to sit back, relax and reflect on their health.

But how do we keeps one's sanity and health and what are the various methods on keeping the body fit, the mind clear and soul at peace???
